Les: Check for a cold solder joint at the LO connection to the sockets for the coils mounted below the tuning cap. I had one suddenly quit working on a 1.5 - MHZ command set receiver and that was the cause. Those are sockets the coils connect to, so some flexing is possible. Wayne
