[ARC5] Capacitor Types

Thanks guys.

As I use up my orange drops I've been replacing them with metalized
polypropylene caps (which I used in my 40M Command receiver restoration).
They certainly do work better than OD's.

I have an HQ-129-x and also an HQ-120x which I'm going to pair up with my
T-19 and T-22 Command transmitters.  That will make a nice vintage setup.
The 120x is a gift from my Elmer of decades ago and I want to get that
restored this year.
