[ARC5] BC-453 Current Draw

Hi Philip,

Until you clip the class A output stage, the current drain won't vary 
much with audio volume. Then, as the rectified drive increases the 
bias,the current will probably go down. However, the AVC turns the front 
end tubes' plate and screen currents up and down, so the worst case is 
likely to be no input signal.
