Yeah, I think I played with one briefly some 50 years ago and results
were not encouraging.  So among us there must be a really exceptional
T-30 that produces intelligible speech, at least for some users.
(Unless maybe the user actually had his modern mike connected and
didn't realize he was not using the T-30.)  Seems like this is worth
some further study.
