That is indeed a 4-65A, but it's a shunt regulator for the screen supply,
fed from the "economy" supply (center tap of the plate transformer) which
provides about 1600 volts. My Thordarson plate transformer has three
insulators of equal size on its HV winding with CT, so I figured the
insulation would be safe in this configuration. So far so good, despite 10
years of storage since I even fired it up last time.
I'm running 450 volts on the screens which seems to be just about right in
AB1 at 3200V plate.
