Even that's not quite correct, Mike.
Only the transmitter that has been *selected* is connected to its
antenna terminal by the internal relay contacts, which are closed
(just like that transmitter's 1625 cathode relay contacts) even while
receiving.
This selected transmitter's output is not connected to the antenna
until the remotely mounted antenna relay changes over.
The so-called 'antenna relay' in the transmitter front panel only
prepares the path.
When the selected transmitter is transmitting, all the commoned
antenna terminals are live with RF.
