Agree, Greenlees can be costly.   Like others here, I've been fortunate 
to have a nice selection of them, although all are not Greenlee 
(Seekonk?).  I don't know exactly why they're so expensive, these days, 
but they are.  I recently tried to buy a replacement die for a missing 
one in a Whitney/Roper punch set I have. Unbelievable, but the bullet 
needed to be bitten!  Also... beware of punch sets that are 
designed/destined for conduit punch applications.  The sizes are not the 
actual punch diameter.  Rather, they are the "size" to accommodate a 
given conduit diameter.  I was given such a set and found out, 
gratefully, before I tried to use one of them.
