Enter a "watch" on eBay for Greenlee punches. Do it all in less than a minute!
I have them every 1/8" from 1/2" to 1 1/8". I know they were made in many more sizes, some even for "D" shaped holes.
They are likely fairly scarce in VK and DL lands, but are fairly small and light weight and could probably be shipped there from USA or Canada at reasonable cost.
