[ARC5] MOPA in a galaxy far, far away

I took the family to the Star Wars movie and noted that Death Star 2.0 is
actually a giant MOPA.  The Rebels determine the PA is too big to destroy
so they attack the "oscillator' instead.

Let this be a lesson to all of us.  Should an arc develop in the 1626 the
entire rig could erupt in a huge fireball!
