[ARC5] Posting photos

Those of you who are subscribed to the milsurplus list will know that
the admin, Ralph W4XE, has in the past couple of days changed settings
to allow posts up to 256 kB. This was done to allow subscribers to
post small photos. Any text + photo post larger than 256 kB gets
rejected. Ralph has said that he will stop the option if subscribers
abuse the privilege.

Nothing has been said about doing the same for the ARC-5 list. In
private messages, Ralph has told me that he is not admin for the list.

What do members think? Is it a good idea and should we ask the ARC-5
admin to do the same?
