I use Yahoo Groups and find it convenient to store documents and photos in the files area.

I also like the idea of archiving photos in the files ares so that you can find them later.

I'd choose that over Facebook.

Actually, WRT Yahoo Groups, no.  I have forgotten the details pre-NEO but 
under NEO there are four possible settings for email preferences AKA email 
Security.

Plain Text 
HTML - no attachments
HTML - Include attachments as Links (meaning that attached files are stored 
in an area off of the Files area called Attachments
HTML - Include attachments in Email

Most of the Yahoo Groups moderators tend to agree that #3 is the best 
trade-off between security and convenience.  #4 has a bug that causes a General 
Protection Fault (i.e., kills) several common mail managers.  Plus it is an 
increased security risk for all browsers and mail managers.
