[ARC5] looking for an in tact BC-451 tx control box

Also, although the RAT, RAT-1, RAV, ARA and SCR-274-N receivers have the 
normal Lo-Z or Hi-Z receive audio line run up to the front panel, the AN/ARC-5 
receivers do not (the ARC-5 NAV receivers do have audio run up there but it 
is heavily filtered).  And none of the plug-in local control adaptors have 
an audio jack.  Because there were two in the rack right under it.
