[ARC5] Dielectric tape

3M (Scotch) makes a tape specially designed for insulating taps in 
transformers and motors.  I think the stock number is 27, could be 
something else. I use it for insulating windings (and taps) in toroid RF 
transformers and baluns.  They may make more than one version. Probably 
available from Amazon.com - those guys have everything!
