Almost everyone tends to talk about the GO-9 as though it were unique.  
When in fact it was only the tenth model of a series that started out as GO.  
The fact that almost all GO's that turn up are GO-9's could indicate, as with 
GP-7 (another 800 CPS set), TBX-8 and TBY-8, that not all that were made 
were ever issued before they went to surplus.
