[ARC5] Is Ebay "on air"?

I detected an eBay outage 14 hours ago that lasted at least 2 hours - then I 
went to bed - so, I can't tell when it woke up.

That alleged R-24 is a make-up. When the vendor first listed it, it was an 
'R-25 with all original accessories'. Then I wised him up; he re-listed - 
and you'll see the results in the description. Main problems - the 
dynamotor, valve / tube cover and FT-310 are not original or even ARC-5, and 
the dyno isn't SCR-274-N either.
