[ARC5] dynos'

Jim, I wanted this msg to go to group, not just you, so... when I heard an
ARC-5 with dyno running, I cud hear it spool up just befor op spoke,,, very
cool,..wonder if the sound is from arcs in armature of dyno , or sound
picked up by the mike ?..first time I used an ARC-5 was at my Elmers'
house,..it was on AM/160 m.,..another was on 40 cw, with relays clacking
away,..He said was a mod just for that, but he had just bought a new Ts 520
Kenwood, and mod wud never happen,..He is now (SK) and his call is now
mine,..see ya...W9ESX/Robert...wish I cud have got those rigs, but they
were scrapped !!  73
