[ARC5] ARC-5 Relays

There is no reserve, he just must really want them. Sometimes I have noticed bidders do that just for psychological effect making other potential bidders think he must have bid a lot of money, when usually, they just bid multiple times only by one bid increment. Just to test my theory, I just threw in a bid of $20 and it went up to $20.50, so, he definitely wants them as all his bids went up, so, all his bids are over $20.50. Hope he gets them. 73 - Mike

I haven't looked at it, but that usually means the bidder really, really, wants the item and is bidding up till he reaches the reserve.
