[ARC5] How Did This Happen?

The ones that have sold, or are ready for payment have been from members
of our group who read my post before I listed them on Ebay. Thank you
for the advice though. Maybe if I relist them, I will do it that way. I
didn't realize how labor intensive the re-potting was, until I did my
first set for my own receivers. It is definitely a "labor of love" to
take on as a large scale. I had done most of my rigs the easy way, by
hanging the new caps off solder lugs, but after a few, I realized that
they look so much better with the pots in place, than with new caps all
over the place. I did solve my own riddle of the electrolytics, and they
are now getting put back into pots as well. I occasionally tend to over
do it on voltage limits, especially after having a large electrolytic
blow up in my face when I was in High School Electronics class. They
sure make a loud bang, a lot of smoke, and an odor you will never forget
once experienced. 73's,,,,,,,,,,,Joel KB0FPT
