[ARC5] Selectivity and the BC-455

I wish I had had that article and the ones from earlier in the summer 
discussing the adapter boxes for the front compartment of the Command 
Receivers, but that was all prior to my subscribing to ER.. Alas, no 
cash to order the reprints. I will have to wait until I am back to work
