[ARC5] Anybody know what radio a FS20 dynamotor belongs to?

Yeah, I checked that out on TCS website. I think the TCS uses a D401 transmit and D402 for receive .
Whatever radio it is, It must be a good size to need 150 watts of input power. I wonder what kind of finals need only 425V and will pull heavy current. Any ideas?
