[ARC5] BC456 basics

For those of us who need a BC456 but are too cheap to buy one, the fig 16 ( page 37 of revised SCR274 manual) , the HV DC circuit functional diagram is a good place to start for a bare bones CW power supply build.
Most of the components are there with the exception of F50, L50, K50, C53 , C55, K52, R61 and C57.
The side tone and modulator related components can be omitted with the exception of R59 & R60 which can be replaced with  a single 100K 2W carbon.

I happen to have a DY401, which is 12V input and 440V out at 200 ma, so it should be "stiff" enough.
Will I need to adjust the screen voltage to accommodate the lower plate voltage? Maybe the the osc B+ divider too?
