[ARC5] 1626 VS 1629

Once, when backing out mods to an otherwise clean BC-696,
I found that if the 1626 and 1629 are accidentally swapped, the 1629
will oscillate. It was late, and I was probably a little too tired to be
working on radios.
I had already backed out all the RF mods, and knew the transmitter was
working, and this was after restoring the filament and control circuits.
I was
thinking that due to the nature of the 1626 cathode and filament circuit, I
had made a mistake in that area. But it was just a careless re-install
of the tubes.
The transmitter was way off frequency, quite unstable, and the power output
was low. As I remember the power out was only a couple watts, and it was
25kc low in frequency.
