[ARC5] "Curing Chirp in Command Transmitters"

Hours and hours earlier, I was in the middle of either the first or second
funeral service I attended today for my Mother, who died suddenly Friday
morning. We just finally returned to our temporary lodgings (formerly her
home) and I was going through the day's emails. I answered it privately because
it is not my usual practice to point out people's percieved and often
understandable mistakes (I, being only human, am not perfect, either) publicly
unless they get downright obnoxious about it.
