[ARC5] Master List

You know, Gordon's divestiture announcement indicates to me that we really should make a master list of who has got what in terms of Command Set equipment.  No such list exists anywhere in the world that I know of.  And I will admit that it would take some effort on my own part to figure out what I have myself.  

It won't be fun but we should do it if we want to make sure this equipment gets preserved or at least is known to people who consider it to be more than the equivalent of a big bag of Coke cans.
