Floyd Petri you are right about this doesnt belong here, will keep it
short,.. I dont remember the engine in that Ferret, wonder how many guys
even know what it is.?..was a good size displacement, but dont remember if
a 4 cylinder,.. Also in the Hanger was  German Staff car, a Mercedes, 4
door, engine was hopelessly locked up and rusted,..still had Markings on
it,  I begged those guys to let me put a Chevvy truck engine in it, or a
Chrysler industrial flat head ^6 in it,..but for same reason, they said
no,.. It wud have been available for holidays parades etc.  I wanted to do
it very much,  but hands off !...too bad,..last I saw it  was stuck in
place , wheels bearings and brakes rusted together, a dirty shame,  buncha
Bull HEADS..!Thanks memories, see ya  Robert/Chicago..
