Well, that one looks just like the one I bought, with rack, for $25.00 - and then had the USPS all but wreck it.  I am going to figure out how to replace the antenna terminal, which was pushed right through the front.  I think I can gently bend the front panel back to more or less the correct location.  But the upper case has attained an S shape, with very large dent in one side, and I am going to have to build a forming back to straighten it out.        

However, the paint is not an issue as to authenticity; mine has that popular decades old dust/dirt finish on top of the wrinkle paint.

By the way, I have a BC-620 in which the clear plastic cover over the nameplate was getting rather crazed.  A wipe down with Marvel Mystery Oil fixed that right up.
