[ARC5] Looking for a copy of War Department Publications

I have a paper copy of one of Ray Mote's documents. The title of the document is:

"WORLD WAR TWO U.S. ARMY SIGNAL CORPS AND SIGNAL-RELATED PUBLICATIONS". It is dated 15 May 1995.

It was compiled form the National Archives microfilm publication M1541 (Army field Manual FM 21-6, "List and Index of War Department Publications").

I checked with Ray and unfortunately he has experienced multiple PC failures and could not find this document. Would anyone have an electronic copy of this excellent document that they could share with the group?
