[ARC5] 4 pin to mini tube adapter update

Good afternoon all,

Making some good progress.  :)  I found a short-run manufacturer willing 
to make the pins that mate with the four-pin tube socket.  Price was 
very reasonable.  They are due to arrive either the last week of 
November or the first week of December.

I also determined that my board house could make vias of the full 
diameter needed to accept the tube pins.  This simplified the design and 
made the pins more affordable.  I have placed an order for a prototype 
quantity of the boards so I can make a short run of  what I'll call 
"final" prototypes.  They should arrive the last week of November.

If all continues to go well, I'll have a production quantity available 
for purchase around Christmastime.  Still working on pricing.
