[ARC5] CW and Mic plugs

The diameter of the 3-circuit PL-68 is about 0.203".  The PL-54 and PL-55 
are both 0.250" dia.  

Unfortunately, a majority of NOSB WW-II vintage cordage when unpacked will 
probably be found to be brittle.  However, if you have a hundred packages 
all on the same Order Number, probably 40% may be found to still be 
servicable.  This also applies to some Korean War vintage cords, such as CD-1086 for 
AN/GRC-9.  Especially NATO contract ones made in Germany.
