[ARC5] Any comments on "Command Control Center for Command Receivers" article in April 2014 Electric Radio?

I was looking back through the April 2014 issue of Electric Radio and noticed the article on page 38 entitled "Replicating an Electronics Illustrated Command Control Center for Command Receivers, with an Added Safety Feature." I was wondering if anyone had any comments or possible improvements concerning the basic electronic design of the PSU?
