[ARC5] Pantograph machine?

I specifically said "her left elbow". The shiny metal bar running off to
right of picture looks like it's an aluminium strut, part of an ARC-5
mount? Yes, the stylus appears to be tracing out the master.
Then again, the shiny highly polished round thingies look like they're just
the right size and shape for ARC-5 dials to be positioned on them, so does
this machine imprint the digits and markings onto the painted dials?
