[ARC5] WTB: Rectifier Tube Type 15R

John,
I have not seen a 15R, but I have seen 15E's, which appear to be more
common. I wonder if one could tie the grid to the cathode and have it work
like like a 15R. Seems like it would do the job. Might be worth a try if
you cannot rustle up an authentic 15R.
