Hi Dave -
The well known "Bravo Zulu" (well done) comes from ATP-1 Supplimental
pages. A lesser known signal also from those pages is Bravo Zulu 32
Victor. Well done, Dumbo... usually reserved for notable screwups....
It was always entertaining on the midwatch to come up with legitimate -
amusing signals. - and good training for encoding-decoding signals rapidly
by knowing your way around the book...
