[ARC5] Bendix RA-1B receiver

The RA-1B was used in the Boston and Hudson lend-lease bombers supplied to
Great Britain in WWII, and that used to be their convention. Could be that
was the reason.  Current convention (in aircraft) is up-on and forward-on
for overhead switches.

Well, I don't know if I would characterize it as irrational, but it most
certainly seems counter-intuitive to me.

UP is towards the light (sun), DOWN is towards the dark (the mine).

But what do **I** know ?.... :-)
