[ARC5] Bendix RA-1B receiver

In the USA the safety convention is DOWN for OFF. In an emergency shutoff situation, simply slapping the switch handle/toggle/peg down is an easy, instinctive motion.

I'm pretty sure the DOWN for ON came from the custom of cheap, "modern" switches that simply have the part of the switch that is exposed in the down position painted red for a cheap indication that the circuit is activated.

For dates I often use 22/IV/2014 format. Put the month in Roman numerals and you generally avoid confusion. When I'm asked for my birthdate, I always give day/month/year.
