[ARC5] Silicone Tape

I'm surprised they used silicone tape on spacecraft. We always used either
the golden colored Kapton, or a very fine 3M wire braid that came on rolls
and was wrapped ovet the harnesses for EMI.

BTW, HS tubing comes in many sizes. I've seen it big enough to cover a 2
liter Coke bottle. There is an MIT Flea on Sunday. What unshrunk diameter
do you need?
