I have one I was gifted 15 or 20 years ago.....a dusty Attic Queen. Pretty straightforward to peak and align. The sliding access hatches inside worked well and kept the innards very clean. Tuning rate is a tad fast, but w/patience, and no backlash, you can copy SSB reasonably well. Mine has the Air Ministry tag on the case. Not an R-390, but fun for casual SWL and basic beacons.

It also has that fascinating "down = on" British design philosophy for the toggle switches. :-) The peripherals (dynamotor, shock mount, and remote control box) are a bit harder to find. The normal connectors are standard RU/GF and SCR-173/273 types.
