[ARC5] manual on greedbay

It is also the same manual I scanned in its entirety and previously 
mentioned placing on the aafradio website at 
http://aafradio.org/docs/BC-946_Manual.pdf

I'm afraid it does not pertain to the R-23 and R-24, which has 
significant differences.
