[ARC5] Use a QTip and flat black paint

Another "trick" is to take a small amount of modeling clay and put it on an area that still has the original crackle / wrinkle.  Remove the clay.  Then, paint in the area in which the finish is missing.  Finally, before the paint has completely dried, put the clay on the paint to transfer the pattern of the original paint.

Years ago someone on Glowbugs List suggested using Testors flat black paint and applying it with a QTip using a dobbing motion.  Worked pretty well....
