[ARC5] Dynamotor Capacitor

In the time I've been playing with command equipment, I've learned there's a
reason for everything ARC did.  They put that neutralizing cap in the
transmitters for a reason.  They set the Rx tuning ranges and IFs as they
did for a reason.  And they put that cap in the Rx dynamotors for a reason.
At best we can speculate what that is unless someone’s got original  ARC
documentation explaining it.
