I would highly recommend that you replace the capacitor.  In these 
recent years, I am finding more and more previously unsuspected 
capacitors with unacceptable leakage.  It used to be it was the higher 
value "paper" types (plastic, phenolic, or otherwise) that were showing 
age.  Now, I find that many mica and similar types are also coming up 
defective.  This does present some challenges.  So, I'd simply remove 
and replace with a similar value and voltage.  An ounce of 
prevention.........
