A little 1-cell LED light just lit-up in the cobwebby
spaces between my ears...

There's no other real regulation on that 260V buss.
When I go to "Transmit," the dynamotor slows-down 
with the extra load.  Of course, this should make the
260V buss "droop" and that would pull the PTO.
Maybe this 400 cycle drift on transmit is "normal" 
for the design?  
Think I'll put a scope on the buss and see how
much it droops.  A MOSFET regulator would an easy
and non-destructive "Borg Implant."
