South Mountain was an 11 ton tanker carrying paraffin and "petrol" = Supply
ship TanKer? Wouldn't these Ops logs been stamped as classified; routes,
times, events were closely held? Perhaps these were from class work or
training sessions? Most WWII docs I've looked at are not so "chatty" and my
reading of WWII naval history leads me to believe that they almost never
