[ARC5] anyone need a laugh?

This one gets funnier by the hour! Certification tag? "The boss made me do it"? He did research...really?
I think the "throw BM on the wall and see if it will stick" statement says it all.

He was probably a biomed tech at the Phoenix VA hospital. ;)
