[ARC5] Strange But Very Interesting Receiver

I dont know the application but they show at hamfests with high prices and 
go back with the sellers.
Not a good WWV monitor either as there are others in one unit that cover 4-5 
crystal controlled frequencies. Pacific something or other made the one I 
paid $13 for.
