[ARC5] Tuning Cable Question

The ARB manual (and maybe one or two others) shows a photo of three
hammer-driven crimpers (I still haven't figured out what the third one is for).
Making similar (not exact) copies wouldn't be too difficult. The problem, of
course, would be in locating unused ferrules and splines.
