[ARC5] NOS Electrolytics

I recently bought some Nichicon 1500uF @ 100 VDC caps to fix a Tek SC504
Function Generator.

Being careul, I decided to reform them before soldering them in place... 
and got a surprise. They had a lot of electrical leakage. So,I put them on
an HP 6209B set to about 4mA and 100 VDC. The reforming ran overnight and
the units are now fine.

Moral: It is well worth reforming electrolytics, unless they have very new
date codes, especially higher voltage ones.
