[ARC5] Gluing felt

I routinely replace any that need it.

First of all, I use that spray glue that Glenn mentioned. I lay the cleaned lid 
down on a large piece of paper, then spray the glue evenly.

Secondly, I take the piece of previously-cut felt, which is a bit oversized, 
carefully lay it on the lid, and smooth it down, then let the glue set.

I then take a pair of sharp scissors, and cut all around the felt, using the 
edges of the lid for support. I find it easy to cut the felt to the very edge of the 
lid.

Lastly, I use a hot pencil-soldering iron to burn the holes for the posts out to 
size.

When it gets finished, I can't tell it from the original.
