[ARC5] SCR-183/-283 4-5 MC Coil on 75 MTRs

I have several hundred 1626's but the only time anyone has ever asked for 
one was because it was missing.  I don't think I've ever seen a bad one 
unless the envelope had been smashed.  Which would indicate that they weren't a 
compromise limited-lifetime design.
