[ARC5] Stromberg "Stamped" Contract Numbers- Receiver

I've seen the occasional Stromberg transmitter with the NXsa-
contract number and serial number stamped in boxes on the tag.
This is the first time I've seen it one of the receivers.
The boxes have not been stamped.  
Is it possible this poor, abused R-23 was the Stromberg version 
of an A.R.C. Morgue "Circle-M" piece?
Does anyone on the list have an example 
of a "stamped contract" receiver?
